Pompon's Story
The Pompona brand was created out of passion for creating high-quality headgear. We combine European standards with modern design, offering flexible production and personalization for B2B customers.

Collaboration – flexible models for your business
Various forms of cooperation are available, tailored to the needs of business partners:
1. Ready-made collections of hats and accessories made of premium materials are available at favorable wholesale prices. This is a convenient solution for companies that do not plan to invest in designing their own models.
2. It is possible to mark the products with your own logo – through printing, embroidery or a patch. Products can be adapted to the visual identification of the ordering party's brand.
3. Based on the submitted design, it is possible to create a completely new product – from construction to finishing details. Production is carried out in our own plant, maintaining high quality standards.
All orders are treated individually, fully tailored to the customer's expectations and brand specifics.
Orders and minimum requirements
1. The minimum order is PLN 2,000 (or EUR 500). The first order can be completed individually (with fewer caps).
2. For wholesale orders and regular customers we offer individual terms of cooperation.
Payment methods
1. We offer several payment methods, agreed individually after placing the order.
2. We issue VAT invoices through our Polish limited liability company.
3. There is a possibility of 50% prepayment – the remaining amount is payable upon receipt of the goods.
4. All transactions are carried out in accordance with EU regulations, with the possibility of VAT refund when exporting outside the EU.
Logistics and delivery
Scope of delivery:
We ship throughout Europe – and even the entire world.
Lead time:
Standard delivery time is 2-4 business days , but may vary depending on the courier company selected.
For large orders:
For larger volumes, we offer the option of delivery by our driver , which provides additional convenience and flexibility.
Customs:
Costs related to customs clearance are included in the VAT invoice and do not require any additional formalities on the customer's side.
Production and quality
- Our products are manufactured in Ukraine, where we knit the fabric for our products ourselves.
- We use high-quality materials – including wool, cotton, acrylic, polyester, viscose and natural and artificial pompoms.
- We order yarns for production from Italy, which guarantees the compliance of our products with European quality standards.
